A fast paced comedy, about family misunderstandings between two brothers competing for their mother's attention and their girlfriends' patience. The plot spirals out of control as gossip and truth become interchangeable. Donny is having a garage sale; unfortunately it is almost everything he owns.
The sign on the front lawn reads, "Here's my life. Make an offer." Somewhere in the universe are the choices we could have taken in life.
Selected from over 200 entries from around the world, Heller's annual play contest winner receives its world premiere performance. Heller Theatre returns to classic theatre! Ibsen's revolutionary foray into sexual hypocrisy is given a new translation from one of America's greatest contemporary playwrights. On the evening of September 12, 2001 Andrew and Waverly meet on a blind date. Is it fate, or merely chance? And is there a difference? Created by one of the writers for HBO's show Six Feet Under, this is a surprisingly poignant and funny tale.
