"The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" Marks 21 Years at Clark Youth Theatre
The following performances of "Best Christmas Pageant Ever" by Barbara Robinson are now sold out: Friday November 30, Sunday December 2, Sunday December 9.
This beloved Christmas tale has become a Clark tradition, and makes its 21st annual appearance on our stage.
The Herdman's are the worst kids in school. One Sunday the Herdsman's come to church to take advantage of the free snacks the minister gives out. It just so happens that's the same day for tryouts for the annual church Christmas Pageant. After a little peer intimidation, they all walk out with the lead roles. Disaster looms, but so does the possibility of learning the true meaning of Christmas.
Erin Thompson directs this year's production.
The cast includes:
Joy Morrow, Tanner, Brianna Morrison, Vincent Iannazzo, Tre' Stephens,
Cassidy Henshaw, Peyton Grufik, Mackenzie VanZee, Riley VanZee,
Claire Gibson, Bailey Grufik, Brittany Wright, Bri Parker,
Emma Francois, Tiffany Wright, Cierra Thornburgh, Caitlyn Gibbons,
Beth Tenney, Kylie Holler, Becca Tenney, Carli Childress,
Chazz Browne, Alex Desruisseau, Gabriel Fricker, Jadon Fricker, and
Curtis Bradshaw.
Tickets are $6 for seniors/ students and $8 for adults.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary, Clark Theatre wants to thank Tulsa for the all support we've received throughout the years.
Clark Theatre is part of the Park and Recreation Department of the City of Tulsa and has been producing plays for family audiences and youth actors since 1978.
The same three member staff, (Julie Tattershall, Frank Gallagher and Erin
Thompson) operates and manages both Clark Theatre and Heller Theatre.
Reservations are available by calling Clark Theatre at 669-6455. Tickets are
$6.00 for students and $8.00 for adults. Group rates are available for parties
of ten or more and must be prepaid. Get your reservations early as sell outs are likely.
Clark Theatre is located at 11440 E. Admiral, ¼ mile east of Garnett.
