One of the all time favorite American musicals, "The Sound of Music" tells the story of Maria, who comes to work as a governess for the Van Trapp family. Initially suspicious of yet another governess, Maria finally wins over both the children and their widowed father. Including such songs as "My Favorite Things," "Climb Every Mountain" and of course the title song, "The Sound of Music" is the ultimate feel-good story, and will continue to be a favorite due to its message of hope, harmony, and happiness.
