Clark Youth Theatre presents "Honk Jr.". This show will be directed by Frank Gallagher. Susan Goldman-Moore, who teaches music and voice at Tulsa University, is going to be the music director.

The classic tale of The Ugly Duckling has been transformed into a modern musical comedy, appealing and appropriate for everyone in the family. Written by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, Honk tells the story of Ugly, an 'unfortunate' looking duckling, and his struggles to fit in. Ugly survives teasing by his brothers and sisters, and escapes the claws of the hungry Cat, to finally find his true self.

This delightful tale celebrates individuality and love of family, and features hilarious characters and a first class score.

This event is part of the annual SummerStage festival and sponsored in part by the Tulsa PAC Trust.

Clark Theatre is located at 11440 E Admiral (east of Garnett on Admiral).
