Victor owns, and is the only customer of the greatest restaurant in Paris, the Café Du Grand Boeuf. But what is food without love? After the end of a tragic love affair, he has decided to starve himself to death. The frantic staff, whose very livelihoods depend on Victor's appetite, scramble to tempt him from his decision with one last imaginary meal. A funny and bittersweet look at life, love and loss. Wildly comic but with a bite, "An Empty Plate in the Cafe du Grand Boeuf" looks at what happens when hunger goes deeper than food
