"Collected Stories" by Donald Margulies -Theatre Tulsa entry
Performances are July 18, 19, 22 at 8pm and Sunday July 20 at 2pm

From Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Donald Margulis comes this look at an aging prominent short story writer Ruth Steiner and her young graduate assistant and protégé Lisa Morrison. Covering their six year relationship in six compelling scenes, Margulies charts the evolution of the student-teacher into peers and, eventually, into rivals in a bitter conflict over intellectual property and intellectual freedom.
The cast is Barbara Murn and Julie Tattershall with George Romero directing.

"Hannah and Martin" by Kate Fodor- Heller Theatre entry
Performances are July 18, 19, 21 at 8 pm and Sunday July 20 at 2 pm.

The play "Hannah and Martin" by Kate Fodor, is based on the true story of the relationship between the Jewish political theorist Hannah Arendt and the renowned philosopher Martin Heidegger. In Germany in the 1920s, Heidegger and Arendt have a tumultuous love affair while he is a professor and she is his admiring student. But as the National Socialist come to power, Heidegger uses his fame and brilliance to help further the goals of the Nazi party. After the devastation of World War II, Arendt, who has fled to America and has become a respected public figure in her own right, returns to Germany and visits Heidegger at the home he shares with his wife. There she struggles to come to terms with his involvement with the Nazis and to understand what he still means to her.
The cast is David Gray and Harriet Chenault with Julie Tattershall directing.

"The Harry and Sam Dialogues" by Karen Ellison-Theatre Club entry
Performances are Monday July 21 and Tuesday July 22 at 8pm

Harry and Sam are a pair of blue-collar philosophers who pose the great and some not-so-great questions of life to one another in this hysterical comedy. As they peel away at the meaning of life with such metaphors as 'ding-dongs and milk' and postulations like 'how many beers you buy for the Trinity,' we discover more about Harry and Sam's own lives-the ones they're trying to avoid.
The cast is George Nelson and Anthony Batchelder with Sally Adams directing.

All plays have adult themes and adult language. Mature audiences.
Made possible in part by the George Kaiser Family Foundation,Theatre Tulsa, Tulsa Parks and Recreation, and all the proud sponsors of Tulsa Theatre.
