| George Addison has been active in Tulsa theatre for many years now as an actor and director. Much of his work has been for the Center Stage Players, where he is one of their most active members. George has acted in such shows as The Water Engine and The Grapes of Wrath, both for Center Stage, and last year could be seen in Heller Theatre’s Einstein and the Polar Bear, and in the title role of Krapp’s Last Tape for Center Stage. George has directed such numerous productions as The Next Contestant, Blind Date, and True West.
George Calvert, after serving fifteen years as the Director of Information Services at Tulsa Technology Center, jumped at an early retirement package and ran away to join the theatre. Since then, he has earned an Associate Degree in Theatre from TCC and accumulated multiple credits in acting, lighting design, sound design, set construction, and playwriting. He was the lighting designer for the Theatre Club production of Largo Desolato and is currently working on a new full-length play, “The Mohawk Social Club.”
George Romero has been working with Heller Theatre for several years now. She is one of the directors for Heller’s Laughing Matter Improv Troupe. Last year she appeared in the Heller Theatre productions of Einstein and the Polar Bear and Private Eyes and most lately appeared as Marguerite in Theatre Club’s Largo Desolato. George also performs her stand-up comedy act at several venues, including regular appearances at the Tulsa Comedy Club.
Loretta R. Sullivan. John’s Parents and Joseph Too is the first of several short plays Loretta has written. She has been actively involved with the Playwrights’ Forum at Heller Theatre for two years. Prior to that, she was a student of Vern Stefanic in a playwriting course offered at Tulsa Community College.
George Willson has lived in Tulsa the majority of his life with only a short departure for the Army Band in Colorado. He has worked on or backstage in productions of Camelot, Oliver, Amadeus, City of Angels, She Stoops to Conquer, and Gypsy. He has completed three musicals: One Night, Amehr (with lyricist Sean Patterson), and Ron and Julie (with four Swedish gentlemen), has one full-length play, His Mind, and the one-act presentation, The S&M Library, which is based on actual Library accounts. He has been a member of the Playwrights' Forum at Heller Theatre since its re-birth in September 1998.
